Sketchbook Pro and Painter is a magic combination. I use them myself a lot. This is a wonderful example of why; greasy pen strokes with feeling and brush strokes that are heavy with medium. I'd look at the geometries of the glasses, the right lens and frame seem to be pushed back a little.
